INFORMATION FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
made pursuant to and for the purposes of the New European Regulation (GDPR)
PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
The methods for processing the personal data of users of the slick-magazine.com website, which may be collected during the consultation of the same, are communicated below.

THE DATA CONTROLLER
Following consultation of the slick-magazine.com website, hereinafter referred to as the SITE, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “Data Controller” of their processing is Officine s.r.l., hereinafter identified as the DATA CONTROLLER.

The information is provided only for the SITE in question and not also for other external Web sites that may be consulted through links on the pages of the SITE, which connect to different domains, for which the DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the Web services on the WEBSITE (physically resident on servers connected to the network) is carried out at the headquarters of the DATA CONTROLLER and is handled only by employees, collaborators or persons in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data resulting from navigation on the WEBSITE is communicated or disclosed to third parties whose work is not inherent to the management, operation or control of the operations of the WEBSITE itself. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties in the event that this is necessary for that purpose except as provided in the chapter “optional provision of data”.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the WEBSITE acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, merely by way of example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the SITE and to check its correct functioning. The data may be made available by the DATA CONTROLLER for ascertaining responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes or other requests authorized by the judicial authorities.
Data conferred voluntarily by users of the site
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the WEBSITE or through the completion of request forms or other guided procedures present on the WEBSITE itself, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.

OPTIONAL SUBMISSION OF DATA
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms or in any case indicated in contacts to solicit the sending of informative material or other communications. For completeness, it should be noted that, in some cases (not the subject of the ordinary management of this site), the Authority may request news and information in accordance with the New European Regulation (GDPR), for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In the event that the user is required to choose a ‘username’ and/or ‘password’ to access restricted sections of the SITE, it shall be the user’s responsibility to keep such data confidential and to notify the DATA CONTROLLER immediately of their use by unauthorized persons.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed with and without electronic or otherwise automated, computer or telematic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access in compliance with the obligations of adaptation to minimum security measures.
To provide a complete service, the SITE may contain links to other websites, not managed by this DATA CONTROLLER who cannot be held responsible for errors, content, cookies, publications of illicit moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with current regulations and compliance with the Privacy regulations by the aforementioned sites.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (New European Regulation (GDPR)). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
In any case, the User will remain free at any time to revoke the consents given by him by sending without formality a communication to that effect to the DATA CONTROLLER at the contact details given at the beginning of this document.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to adapt it to the supervening law and to improve it also taking into account the suggestions transmitted by customers, collaborators and users.
